The pool was refreshing and a good start to the day. The complimentary wine in the room was appreciated. The location was okay and close to a few shops. The room was tidy and spacious.
The overall experience was a disappointment. The bathroom needs improvement and maintenance.

The villa location is great for anyone looking to enjoy some wine tasting and the nearby vineyards. the spacious bedrooms and comfortable beds make for a restful night's sleep. the bathroom was clean and had underfloor heating which was a nice touch. the daily housekeeping service was efficient and helpful.
The villa lacked basic facilities like cooking or washing facilities.

This hotel is a luxurious haven tucked away in a picturesque countryside setting. the villa was well-appointed with exclusive amenities and provided a relaxing retreat. the service from the staff was exceptional, and they went above and beyond to ensure all our needs were met. the sun terrace and garden area were perfect for unwinding and enjoying the stunning surroundings. We also loved the complimentary bubbly and BBQ facilities available.
The only minor issue we encountered was that the opening hours of the on-site restaurant were not clearly communicated, and so we missed out on dining there. this did not detract from our overall wonderful experience at this hotel.

On a wine trip and exploring the Matakana area, I found this hotel in a lovely park with great facilities. The location next to a winery allowed me to enjoy a wonderful glass of sparkling wine on the deck while overlooking the beautiful rolling hills. The staff was friendly and provided excellent tips about the area. The cleanliness of the rooms was great, and the spacious and modern layout of the villa with a good kitchenette made for a relaxing getaway.
Not one thing was wrong with the hotel.

The villa was modern, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The separate bathrooms for each bedroom were a pleasant surprise. We also enjoyed the beautiful views from the deck. The staff was friendly and the availability of internet at no extra cost was a bonus. The outdoor pool and relaxing area under shade provided a great place to unwind. The landscaping and gardens were excellent, and we even had the opportunity to go on a nature walk on the grounds. The location was also great, with a short walking distance to a restaurant that served delicious food. we had a very relaxing and comfortable stay at Plume Villas. I would highly recommend it.
